Our Recruting Process
1. Culture Fit
Potential candidates are invited to a first introductory interview, with HR, to determine if they share our values and are a good fit for the team.
2. Technical Interview
Second interview with the respective department head to delve deeper into the candidate's technical expertise and domain knowledge.
3. In Person / Offer
Final interview at the office in Munich. Meet the the entire company. After sleeping on it, we extend an offer to the candidate most suited to the role.
